Kathleen was a doll and I established trust with her from the very start. She is very knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and informed during services performed. I believe this to be the beginning of a great professional relationship. The other staff I interacted with were all helpful, professional, and friendly. The facility was top notch and beautiful! I asked for recommendations for a new skin regiment and that was the only photo I took. Great experience overall!
Every thing about Glo is sublime! Everyone there is fabulous! I’ve seen Janet 3 times and each visit has been excellent. I trust her and that doesn’t come lightly. I usually fly home to AZ to get my Botox but I am so confident in her that I’m doing it at Glo. She takes the time to explain everything and go over different treatment options. I've been seeing Janet for years, and I can't recommend her enough! She did my laser hair removal over 20 years ago and the results have lasted beautifully. She has also done my chemical peels and I currently see her for Botox. Janet is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and professional, but what I appreciate most is that she never pushes unnecessary products or procedures. She's honest, attentive, and always has her clients' best interests at heart. I trust her completely!
