New Manager insists customers Must PROVE to employees that you have eyewear by showing them each time. I contacted customer as directed and was told this is not a policy, then next time I went in I was asked to show eyewear again... called customer service again, asked for the company policy to be emailed to me since receiving conflicting answers. Not the relaxing experience it was starting out the membership. Also sometime machines work sometimes they don't
