I haven't been to the one in Little Elm, but I have been to several other locations. I just wanted to review because I absolutely love Glo Tanning and always have a good experience. The review on this page about proving you have eye wear and gasing that on her review made me want to submit a review. Wearing eyewear is required and they are obligated and required to ask that you show your eyewear. Just want to put out there I prefer the Plano and Carrollton location. I completely understand you close at 9pm weekdays but the other locations, the staff is way nicer and I've walked in at 8:55 before and asked if I could tan and there was no attitude, and "you can only tan for 5 mins we close at 9" They happily let me tan, so I'm just confused why this is the only location that refuses to let me get a quick tan in. New Manager insists customers Must PROVE to employees that you have eyewear by showing them each time. I contacted customer as directed and was told this is not a policy, then next time I went in I was asked to show eyewear again... called customer service again, asked for the company policy to be emailed to me since receiving conflicting answers. Not the relaxing experience it was starting out the membership. Also sometime machines work sometimes they don't
