Awesome place to go tanning... I personally don't tan because I'm already naturally tanned. However, my wife that's "white" or super light skinned for a Cuban/ Puertorican woman. Also, several of the models & athletes that I photograph also get their tanning done at paradise! The paradise tanning owner & staff are super friendly and always on their game!!! When the wife comes out of her tanning booth - within a few hours you can see the results!!! They have great packages and different style booths and they even do make up... read more

Great place and will go again for versa spray tan but when I went they only had 1 worker and she was in the middle of spraying someone when customers were coming in. I suggest they have at least 2 employees. Overall, she was polite and I came out with a great tan.

I have a membership here and this was the first time I had an issue with the place feeling in disarray. I would be happy to adjust my rating if the manager wants to communicate as the customer service line is terrible ( off site ) I bc went in for a spray tan and keep in mind everything is an upgrade. Your monthly service charge doesn't cover it all. I paid for upgrades. The lotion bottle was completely empty, which is for use on hands feet elbows, etc. no baby wipes no hair ties and top it off the towel. That's on the floor... read more

Beware this company. I have a membership but recently asked to pay cash for a product. I was also double charged by this company using my card on file. I came in the next day asking to speak to the manager and I contacted customer service. The customer service department told me to keep my lines open, I waited around all day with nothing. This experience and treatment I've received has been awful. Very disappointing

Overpriced tanning spray that did not last! Plus joining the so called membership is a rip-off!!! Don't do it! A lot of hype up machines that don't do the job. I will never go back to this place. I looked horrible after and woke up swollen. I'm sorry I didn't take photos.

This was hands down the worst spray tan I've ever had. I had not seen my boyfriend in over a month so was looking forward to getting a little color and feeling my best before going to see him. That was a huge mistake, I got the tan 2 days before I left. When I woke up to shower the next morning I noticed blotchy spots all over my legs and feet but figured it would wash off. After seeing all the positive reviews I thought I'd drive the 45 minutes from my house to give their custom airbrush a try. I was home from college for the weekend and needed to get a spray before I went back. I get sprays twice a month in Tallahassee, so I know what I am doing. l would have given a 5 star if the teenager at the front desk was more friendly! She was almost too sassy and somewhat rude in my opinion. Ruined my entire experiene because l almost felt unwelcome there! It was my first time going and it was almost like she was acting better than me in some way. Very bizarre to me but other than the unwelcoming customer service the tanning beds were very clean and welcoming!
