Been trying to email and no one gets back to me! Liz is the best been going there since opened been hectic with illness n been paying all this time doesn't come to terms with agreement I signed beds r gone n I would like to put membership on freeze since I have been on bedrest and in hospital Bahamas tanning was the best God bless Vicki n steve! The ladies who work there are always super nice & helpful, but as others have said this place is obviously not being managed well! I used to go there a few times a year & never had issues. This year there is obviously NO air running so it is super hot. I tried a stand up bed & first it didn't work because it wasn't turned on. I was dying at the end & felt like I was going to pass out. I have been a member Hollywood Tans for years and have watched in silence over the past year, but no more! I have repeatedly witnessed poor customer services and management practices. The last event prompting me to write this review. The manager gives customers the impression that she is doing them a favor by even speaking to them, smiling or much less having to actually help them. Ok, I really try not to give negative reviews, but when fellow customers are going to have a bad experience, I try and warn them. I went to this tanning salon about 2 years ago and had a mediocre experience. I lasted about 3 months/10 sessions & as that's about as much as I'll ever tan, I stopped. 5/1/17-here once again! 40 min wait so once again i have to use a lower bed because i have a life and can't wait 40 min to tan once again!!! fix the broken bed it's been 2 years!! 5/6/17-imagine! a 20 min wait for the bed i paid once again for forcing me to use the beds a level below bc i don't have 20 min to wait and yes the second bed is still broken! here again 5/10/17--can't have my bed again!! 25 min wait again!!! have to use the bed below because one of the top of the line bed i pay for is still broken after 2 y... read more
