Me and my sister came for their grand opening offering a free service. After my spray tan which we were charged $16 for. It was incredibly splotchy, uneven, spraying I informed the lady at the front desk and she said she could not refund me. Better yet she also could not refund my sister $16 for a spray she did not even get because of what mine looks like. Buyer beware! After several months they asked me to sign a billing agreement. This agreement did not have any price on it so they wanted me to sign a blank check and agree they could charge me whatever they want whenever they want (prices subject to change without notice too, lol). I called corporate to just add my monthly fee so I know what I would be charged but they refused. Kinda strange business practice.
