Same as others they don't tell you all the info then just keep billing you. Ridiculous contract for a place that doesn't do contracts. You'll pay $175 for a week or two of use. I'd never go here again.
I had my first experience here today and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I wish I had gotten the gals name, but she took me through the whole facility to share what services/equipment they offer and was very thorough. Also, the facility is VERY clean. I will definitely be sticking with them 🫶.
Ashlee and Kristen are such gems. Very informative, helpful, and passionate. You won’t be just a number at this tanning salon, they truly care! Very clean facility too
I spoke to a young lady named Emily. They have double charged me for the last three months. She admits the fact that her staff was unknowledgeable and was messing a lot of accounts up. The staff offered me a special she recognizes, but however, said that it didn’t take in her system. But she won’t make anything she told me I can have credit in her store on $21. I used to love this tanning salon when it was Btan… now not so much. They keep changing ownership and staff. It’s frustrating to be paying for a membership that doesn’t seem worth it anymore. Since having new staff, I have been sent into a dirty bed, a bed with no timer and the hours keep changing. I have also driven there to find a sign saying they are closed due to not having ac or being short staffed. Hopefully something changes soon! Wish they never changed ):
