Lack of customer service, lack of just tanning memberships with out the spa services. They don’t take cash. Always have technical issues. Slow check in process. Inconsistent with their rules one day it’s this the next day it’s that. I was told the freeze account fee is supposed to come off the price when you reactivate your account . Which did not happen. Among other things. Not impressed!

Hi Shelly, we apologize for these inconveniences. We are always working to improve. For freezing your account, you pay a $5 fee per month. When you unfreeze, any built-up credit from these monthly payments can be put toward your prorated amount for the day you unfreeze. We are sorry for any confusion and if you have anymore specific concerns, we would be happy to answer them. We appreciate your feedback.
