Glo took over from last owners. I went two weeks ago to ask about using sessions for this season. Went back in this week and was told they cancelled since my sessions expired. They tried to sell me new sessions. Nope, unfair and dishonest.
I am updating my previous review and now giving 5 stars as the representative from Guest Services reached out and addressed my concerns. Thank you for the immediate response. This tanning salon recently changed from previously called Hollywood Tans. For the most part, I have been happy with their services. However, I had purchased a one year membership when it was called Hollywood Tans that was not due to expire until November 22nd. I have had a great experience with this salon. I recently moved to the area and found this place close by. The employees are very friendly and welcoming and the beds are very nice, makes you feel like you’re on a beach. Everything is very clean, thus far never have had to wait to tan. Definitely would recommend.
When I started the membership they were great, excellent. But when I canceled it the service I received completely shocked me! They gave me a terrible experience, the customer service couldn’t care less and completely blew me off. Everything do to a mistake made by one of their employees! Off course they didn’t take any responsibility.. Any luxury in the world doesn’t worth the headache , this is a business that doesn’t respect itself or the customer . Think twice before you walk in.
