I just had the BEST experience at this tanning salon. Loud shout out to Stephanie. She has always known how to connect with her customers, but today she took it up a notch from her normal smiles and welcoming attitude. The manager, Stephanie, and Cece, were so welcoming and helpful. The answered all of our questions and provided excellent direction. Will def come back to this location!
ETA for reply: I’m in your system with a pre-married name from your previous ownership (your staff couldn’t figure out how to change it while applying your website coupon). Not sure who the man was that your staff member allowed to speak on behalf of the products, and I thought her name was Cary (Keri?) but could be wrong, it was in the summer. I am updating my previous review and now giving 5 stars as the representative from Guest Services reached out and addressed my concerns. Thank you for the immediate response. This tanning salon recently changed from previously called Hollywood Tans. For the most part, I have been happy with their services. However, I had purchased a one year membership when it was called Hollywood Tans that was not due to expire until November 22nd. I have had a great experience with this salon. I recently moved to the area and found this place close by. The employees are very friendly and welcoming and the beds are very nice, makes you feel like you’re on a beach. Everything is very clean, thus far never have had to wait to tan. Definitely would recommend.
