My sister and I both have Mercedes Benzes. In September of 2019, my sister's car failed inspection due to the brakes, and she was also told she needed a new headlight. I called Global Automotive and spoke with the owner, RT Plate, who was professional and courteous. He sent me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. I have been going to Global Automotive for the last couple of years and their service is unmatched. RT is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable, and honest mechanics I've ever encountered. We just had our 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 serviced at Global. RT, Bob and JW did an amazing job for an amazing price. We needed the EGR fixed as well as some other related issues. The work was done professionally and efficiently. Later we came back again when the truck was making a strange noise. They quickly diagnosed what it was, gave us a super fair estimate and it was fixed within 24 hours. We couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for good, honest work, look no further!! I recently took my vehicle to Global to have some maintenance done as my factory extended warranty had just expired. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and polite, and most importantly they did not try and sell me anything that was not needed as other repair shops do. Will always take my vehicles here and highly recommend. Great local shop !!
