⭐ 1 Star – Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a broker. Our driver was detained from 4:00 PM until 9:56 PM, which was properly documented and communicated. Despite this, they refuse to pay detention, continuously hiding behind the excuse that they are “waiting for customer approval.” What is very interesting is that the customer approved and paid the lumper fee immediately, but somehow the same customer suddenly can’t confirm detention that clearly... read more
Our company had one of the worst experiences we've ever had with this broker. Throughout the entire load, we provided constant updates, informed them in advance about every potential issue, and followed every instruction they gave us. When it became clear that our driver might not make the original delivery appointment because of delays at the shipper, we asked multiple times what to do.
