⭐ 1 Star – Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a broker. Our driver was detained from 4:00 PM until 9:56 PM, which was properly documented and communicated. Despite this, they refuse to pay detention, continuously hiding behind the excuse that they are “waiting for customer approval.” What is very interesting is that the customer approved and paid the lumper fee immediately, but somehow the same customer suddenly can’t confirm detention that clearly... read more
