I worked for this company and the management is terrible. Hardly any room for growth and other coordinators will not take accountability for their actions. Don't even bother trying to request off either because they won't give it to you. Some people are nice but management is so bad
Horrible experience Veronica Swanson - big zero for this lady. Unbelievable company, no one replies to calls and emails and once the problem happens, they blame the carrier. And my favorite is insulting my inteligence by not believing the facts and evidences. Big ZERO to this team, wishing great luck to Globaltranz in reorganizing and hiring better people.

Terrible dispatchers.... They book me a load and stop answering my calls... now I've been sitting at receiver for 3 hours and no one has been able to help me.... the dispatcher Mike Miller referred me to a email.... I emailed them over 2.5 hours ago and no luck.... now I'm stuck with a truck load and no where to deliver

Awful! Signed 3 contracts for 3 separate vehicles to be picked up. Transporter confirmed on Friday that drivers were on their way for all 3, and that they'd all be picked up that day. Now, that contact is not returning any calls, the vehicles were not picked up, and I have late fees from the auction. Got a hold of his "supervisor," who tried to make me pay hundreds more per vehicle to send different drivers, said he doesn't care what the price we agreed to on the contract was, and he doesn't care about the late fees. Submitted all required paperwork for a load we hauled for them on 11/25/20 requesting quick pay (for a fee of 3% to be direct deposited into account). It is now 12/22/20 & we still haven't received payment. Contacted the company numerous times with emails only to be sent "automatically generated" replies. Talked to accounts payable department on 12/17/20 & was told it would be paid 12/18/20. Talked to accounts payable again on 12/22/20 & was told a check had been mailed yesterday 12/21/20 minus quick pay fee. Needless to say... read more
