Pay attention to what your carriers are saying about your customer service. You need to address their concerns right away not put them on hold. I will be contacting their customer for payment since they refuse to answer the phone when I call or return my messages when I leave them. We provided a service and now they are refusing to pay

I told them the day that I picked the load up that I wouldn't be able to deliver it by the appointment time. I picked up the load at 1500 in Port Hueneme, CA on Wednesday and had to make it 1509 miles to deliver in Dallas, TX at 0800 Friday morning. Port Hueneme is 60 miles west of Los Angeles so that puts me going straight into rush hour traffic. They called the next morning and asked if I was okay for on time delivery. Again, I told them no. This is one of the sorriest companies I've ever hauled a load for. Took a load from Pa to Va only roughly 300 miles paid $1700. Was told to deliver at 10am the next morning, checked in at 9:45am and Target said it didn't deliver till 4:30pm so I had to sit all day and turn down another load home that paid $800. I called talked to the broker he said that he would pay me $35 an hr from 9:45 until I left. When I get my check they paid me $100 extra.
