Tristan Fuller of Apex Logistics Group, American Fork UT (GlobalTranz) has long been our “Go-to” for consistent freight at rates fair to the truck. Don Nguyen GTZ Agent Is worst agent and talking f words on the phone when you don’t book his loads
They are playing games on DAT. They book a load and when your driver is there they cancel it. Don't waste fuel driving Dead head miles. It seems like they are experimenting on carriers. They don't pay TONU either
The car was delivered late, I was lied to repeatedly about delivery status, and the shipper damaged the car both loading and unloading. The driver also damaged the two other vehicles he was hauling. After the 4th missed delivery date and no word from the driver or customer service I disputed the charge on my CC. 5 weeks later I still have not been reimbursed for the damages and SYCN appears to only be concerned about resolving the CC dispute and getting paid, not making things right with a customer. It was no touch load, shipper sealed the trailer and we left. At receiver customer claimed that we delivered only half of the load. shipper loaded with us half of the freight only, now customer is not paying for the service we provided: to load and deliver on time. Terrible. broker is Apex logistics group, Mitch Garner.
