Book a load with Jeffery from Jacksonville, FL - Knoxville, TN They keep the driver on the dock in Jacksonville, FL from 10:30am till 3:30pm. He was keep saying “ mark your in and Out times you will be paid detention”. And that never happened with the pointing the blame on the driver for not tracking the load what was not true. Took a load from the company going from Carbondale, PA to Hazleton, PA. Loaded quickly in Carbondale and then when arrived in Hazleton we were told there is no appointment however when booking the load they said the appointment was confirmed. Trying to get in contact with Global and have them assist with making the appointment or returning the load to the shipper is impossible. Day 2 and still stuck with the load. Will revert back to let everyone know how long this takes.

Of course they were pleasant when calling and soliciting their services- that's where it ended. They missed two pick-ups, then didn't know and couldn't tell us for over a week if the item was actually picked up. Then magically found it-- then lost it within 24 hours. Communication was terrible. To top that all off, they sent us a bill for STEALING OUR STUFF and started getting nasty. Stay far far far away from Global Tranz and Roadrunner- my experience. Horrible to deal with if there is an issue , very slow modes chosen for delivery , always late. The people there get down right nasty and talk over you if you have an issue. With hold payment until satisfied is all I can recommend , we will never use this outfit again

I don't even want to give them a 1 star! My rep Wendy and "her staff" were always very difficult to deal with. When you had a problem she and Globaltranz never took responsibility. When you tried to talk to Wendy she just would interrupt and talk over you. Very bad company to deal with!! Don't waste your time!!
