The worst broker ever. Real simple Booked a load that was suppose to pickup in the morning and delivery straight thru, was told to pickup at 7am arrived at 6:30am and deliver at noon. Got to shipper load was scheduled to pickup at 14:00 finally got loaded at noon was told they will take you when you get to the receiver got to the receiver and was closed. RECONSIDER TWICE BEFORE BOOKIG LOADS !!!! Assigns carriers on a LOADS that have miss appts, loads not being ready, APTS not being set for delivery.. Would Like to share with you guys one of the many fails with this company's Booked a Load with Benjamin Cisternas, Load was not even ready for that date that was set yet he insist to go in and wait to get loaded, we were in a door for 17 hours with the reefer running at -20, He said if we pulled off they will put a freight guard. Our driver ran a load for them on September 2nd. After multiple emails and calls to find out why he wasn’t getting paid, we spoke to a lady on Monday named Valerie who said she would manually put my driver in for QuickPay and he would have his money today. Well today is here and he still has not gotten paid and they won’t answer the phone. Please pay my driver!!!!!!

Very unprofessional broker to deal with. They will not answer phone calls, terrible communication. They seem to have a hard time talking let alone giving you P/U and delivery times. They ask for a rate, you give them one and they counter offer 1/2 of what you quoted. Stay away from these people, one of the worst I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

I could give them negative stars I would. Terrible company, terrible customer service if that's something they even have. I have tried getting anyone on the phone that works for this company but all calls go straight to voicemail and messages have been ignored for over a month. $2000 damage to my freight and can't get a single response.
