Working with David Hickey has been very effective for our company. He is one of our go to brokers and always comes through for us when we need something. He accommodates our scheduling and is always looking for the best rates for us to benefit both ends of our partnership. Communication is 10/10. Unprofessional conduct and poor communication. We booked a load with Jeremy Dubberke and by broker's mistake the delivery was scheduled 2 days later than it was written in our rate confirmation. The communication is very inefficient, he didn't reply to our emails and didn't provide proper compensation for the expenses we incurred due to a two day delay.
Best broker out there R. DiDomenico ! Ever need freight don't hesitate to as for him, always willing to help and he makes GlobalTraz a better company over all !
