My experience with Liberty National has been nothing but pleasurable. I was referred by a friend and contacted an agent who was very patient with my endless questions as this was unknown territory for me. I've called for 2 days. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Sent a text both times. No response. Very, VERY poor customer service even though I have not spoken to anybody yet.
