Excellent Customer Service on phone and in office. They were so nice. My visit was a dental emergency they took me right in within 30 minutes. Hygienist was so nice. Met with the dentist and she was also extremely nice and obliging. Give me a referral out for oral surgery. I will definitely be back to their office.
Dentist provided me with dental plan, she gave me options on my treatment made me feel comfortable, I got a cleaning on the first day and follow up appointment. front desk receptionist very kind person and informative. Team in general made me feel comfortable! Dentist also gave me a referral to see an oral surgeon.
I cannot recommend Dr. Hu and her team highly enough. As a dedicated patient for many years, I've had the privilege of experiencing their outstanding expertise and genuine care firsthand. It's been very good, the staff are always nice and welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Sujata is so knowledgeable and thorough in her care.
They are very polite, very good and fast.. they accommodated my whole family at the same time and we are very pleased with their services..
