Had a first session today with my son and Gloria (Jeannie) used disrespectful language to refer to his friends. A counselor should be a safe space. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Very sad that this was his first impression of and experience with therapy.

Gloria is amazing. We are leaving SD which is the only reason we won't be seeing her anymore. I'm heartbroken. She loves all of her patients with the kind of love and appreciation that sometimes gets lost in the clinical setting. I will miss her so much! If you can get an appointment, do it with her. I love my therapist Gloria Floss! We are seeing her for couples therapy and it felt like she knew us in the first 10 minutes! She is excellent!!!
I’ve been with life stance for two years now, and I have had a history of limited phone, Receptionist service impeding ability to get through, or staff that appear confused or unknowledgeable on many facets. I’ve experienced a long waiting list to schedule appointments. My recent counselor mentioned sending me material to my email and I have yet to receive it after a week.
