Amazing multi generational business! I was totally surprised when I went to their office in Cary North Carolina . I needed a pair of gloves urgently and found they also have a shop on site. The front store is small as their main business in online delivery but they were able to quickly find me a pair I needed urgently.
The best gloves! The prices are always great and customer service is always kinda and helpful.
Not at all impressed with either the product received, the return policy or the "restocking fee." The shipping was fast; received my gloves quickly, but was hoping that the "snap closure at wrist" would close. I suppose I might have gotten them to snap with a pair of pliers, but that would not be very practical and may have resulted in damaging the cheap little snap forcing me to keep gloves that are of absolutely no use to me.
