Such an amazing place. I have been a member for about two months now. The owner is so genuine and truly believes in the health benefits of the sauna. Very clean environment with amazing hospitality!!! I would recommend to any and everyone!!

I never knew how much I needed an infrared red sauna until I came here. I absolutely love this place. Shawnta and her staff are awesome! They are experts at what they do and will make sure you are comfortable. Coming here is now apart of my daily routine.

Shante was very awesome - we went for a massage and was walking t car she let us in for a complimentary it was amazing the best customer service helped my husband relax and he is facing medical Issues Perfect place need to try it

I always leave my session feeling focused, refreshed, and sleeping better at night. The solo infrared pods are amazing, and the eucalyptus towels are a perfect touch. The studio is spotless, staff are knowledgeable, and they clearly care about their clients. I’m a proud member and hands-down, this place is better than any other studio in the area.

This infrared sauna is by far one of the best sauna experiences iv encountered in Atlanta. From the cabins to the pods both provide an elevated sauna experience. The infrared lights have definitely helped with my hypertension, inflammation and skin. If you are looking to add some health to your sauna routine then GLO SAUNA is definitely your go to place.
