Very happy I ran across glow and glad I decided to try it.never knew how many benefits infrared saunas can provide! This is a state of the Art facility.very clean very relaxing and Shawnta did a great job of explaining everything and helping me feel comfortable.it only took the first (try it) session to get me to commit to the membership! This session was AWESOME! I've been looking for a sauna since we've moved and had never tried the infrared variation. What a relaxing experience! The pricing is great (especially if you do the monthly membership). The cabin is roomy. The pods looked as though they would be comfortable as well. Highly recommend Glow Sauna Studios if you're ever in the Sandy Springs area. You won't regret it!
Their Red Light Sauna therapy is absolutely incredible! Not only is it relaxing, but it also left me feeling rejuvenated and energized. Miss Shawna and her team are knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about their clients' wellness. You all really need to try out the Infrared Sauna! This is my fourth visit, and I have to say, it's really amazing! I've been experiencing some amazing benefits, like getting better sleep! I haven't had a full night of sleep without help since 2016. When your job is all about delivering strategic, solution-driven results, it can be really tough to switch off your brain at night. I was in the area and found this location to be the closest. Immaculate customer service from the owner and her mother. Enjoyed the dome sauna experience, the aesthetics and music. Everything was 10/10. Migraine I was having disappeared. Thank you so much. I will be returning!!!
