Honest company, got my problem resolved within an hour & didn't try to force me to replace my electrical panel. I had a simple outdoor outlet that went bad & he repaired it that simply. I had another company that tried to force me into replacing my electrical panel & would not look at the outlet. The electrician was arrogant & he lost my future business with their company. We needed to replace a faulty load management unit installed for our EV charger. The company that did the original installation went out of business, so I read reviews and chose Go Brilliant Electric. My call was answered immediately and we had an appointment set up just a few days out. The technician presented two options with clear pricing details and we chose one. They came to do the installation a couple weeks later. It took less than two hours and there have been no issues with the equipment.

This was the second time we called on Brilliant for electrical work. We needed a disconnect of a stove and outlet installed for our stove. Came out the next day. Great work in a timely manner. Fair price. Cleaned up after work was done. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience for Tesla wall charger install! Excellent comms with photos texted of the estimator and electrician as each were on the way. Professional service with clear explanation of work. Fast and easy to schedule. I had tried another Tesla certified service first and had a subpar experience. Couldn’t be happier with Brilliant Electric.
