Fantastic experience for Tesla wall charger install! Excellent comms with photos texted of the estimator and electrician as each were on the way. Professional service with clear explanation of work. Fast and easy to schedule. I had tried another Tesla certified service first and had a subpar experience. Couldn’t be happier with Brilliant Electric.

The electrician, Angel, showed up promptly and was very clear about what his process would be and set expectations for what he was doing and what the charges would be. He also explained what he was doing because he could see I was interested and helped me understand while solving a difficult problem promptly and cleaned up any mess from removing outlets. I would definitely use Brilliant Electric again and recommend it to friends.

As always, hiring Brilliant Electric went perfectly. They were available for me, their guys, Angel and Carlos, showed up exactly as scheduled, they were communicative and told me exactly what they were going to do and what it would cost. They went right to work, the job was done before I knew it! They are always very neat and make sure to clean up after themselves. It is ALWAYS a positive experience with BRILLIANT ELECTRIC!
