EDIT/UPDATE: The COO called me directly and assures me, again, that the issue will be resolved. She cited weather problems and staffing shortages in TX as the continued delay in resolving my specific issue. While I can understand that the current situation over the past few days could be weather-impacted, the issue has been going on for longer than just recent storms.
