Everyone in this practice goes above and beyond what's necessary to provide a superior experience for their patients. It's a pleasure to have a thoughtful person answer the phone, and to receive call-backs promptly. I have seen both Dr. Tariq and Dr. Patwary. Their scheduling has been great, I have not had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen at each of my appointments, and all of my issues have been addressed at each visit. I am grateful to have found this practice.
I arrived at my 9:10am appointment at 9am; two other patients were already present. Everyone, including the receptionist and doctor were clothed in their outside coats because the heat was turned on at 8am (information I received from the receptionist) . The entire building, including the examination room, was freezing. The outside temperature was 19 degrees. Not a good first impression for a first time patient.
Dr. Tariq is a very knowledgeable doctor. He takes his time with you and has an excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend this practice.
Great service always. Wait time is very good. I wait 15-35 minutes per appointment. The staff is awesome. Very helpful and professional.
