This place is phenomenal! Everyone that I have ever come in contact with has been very nice. I have never waited a long time in the waiting room to be called back. The Dr. takes time with you to make sure everything is understood. I love it here!

Usually very nice and helpful but as customers enter if the kiosk gives them an issue and staff NOTICED you come in and check in. It would be common courtesy to check with them after noticing other customers being serviced around them. I missed a funeral because i couldn’t reschedule an important appointment and missed my appointment because the kiosk didn’t check me in making me hate to wait another 2 weeks until i can be seen again. Even in tears nothing could have been done to help.
We had a wonderful first experience with everyone at Go Orthodontics. Our treatment plan, procedure, what to expect, and cost were all explained in detail. They were patient and informative in answering all of our many questions. Both my teen and I were very comfortable and look forward to partnering with Dr. Gonder to create a healthy new smile.
