I rent a unit here. Just wanted to be honest and let everyone know that customer service and support is almost non existent. A member of staff is only on-site 1 day a week, no one answers the service requests at the payment kiosk, and Website and payment center is hard to navigate and doesn't save changes. I simply have been trying to update my auto payment method for 3 months and website is not designed to do that apparently since I keep getting a late payment notice. 7 months renting here and all a headache. I'll just move in to go store it in the unit was clean. The property was well kept. And the location is great. I recommend go store it. To anybody in or out of the area that needs a safe place to keep their stuff.
Nice little storage space. The site seemed pretty secure with a fence and a security code gate. The place was very clean. The unit I went to was easy to access. It was pretty tight between the buildings and the pavement was uneven due to the slope of the ground but my truck had no problem
Brian the manager was easy to work with and I felt safe and comfortable to store my possessions for awhile. I would highly recommend using Go Store It Self Storage Facility.
Such an amazing experience. The rental process was super easy and efficient. The drive up area in front of my unit had plenty room for a 16ft box truck and ramp. The unit had clean and smooth concrete inside. Ceiling was about 9 feet tall.
