Renting 4 units and parking space there and never had any issues till now. Gate code stopped working suddenly for now reason. Phone number listed on google is disconnected, same as the phone listed on the website. No chance to speak to anyone to resolve the issue. Chat on the website is not helpful at all, asked for call back and no one called. Horrible. Will be moving out ASAP
This is my 1st time renting a storage and I was so impressed with Beverly Looney, the manager there, I wouldn't have went anywhere else. She goes around to say Hello, chit chat, checks the property constantly, and helps wherever she can. Very knowledgeable, always smiling, stays busy the whole day. The property is very well maintained, clean, and very convenient with access to customers only. Thank you so much for an awesome experience. I have recommended this location to numerous friends & family.
