The manager there is always very kind, courteous, and respectful. He takes care of any problems I may have and always addresses any concerns that may arise. It’s always a pleasure dealing with this place because of him and I would recommend it to anyone. The facility is clean and well kept. Definitely 5 stars!
I have been with this storage company for years and I needed to downsize my unit so I went in to sort that out. Jake was super helpful! He was very appreciative of the business I’ve given the company, and also helped me out with a great rate for the unit, as well as made the process as simple as possible. Can’t recommend this place enough if you want your stored items to be safe and secure. Thanks to Jake for all the help, give him a raise!
The staff here are kind and professional. I was given a fair and affordable rate. This location is safe and always spotlessly clean. Much better than the previous place I was using for storage. Jake puts a lot of effort into being a kind and professional representative at this location.
Location is very convenient. Very clean. Jake the manager is extremely helpful. Our storage needs changed quickly and he came up with a great solution at a reasonable price.
Back in August I moved out of my apartment and was looking for a good/safe place to store my things. I went to GO STORE IT on Goldsmith and Jacob was the best help. Any questions or help I needed he was there. I just moved out of my unit and Jacob again was there to ensure all questions were answered and I was good to go as far as billing. High recommend GO STORE IT on Goldsmith its clean and great prices.
