I already have a unit there but needed another,they have a new front desk employee he was excellent,took me through each step to get my new unit in no time at all. Very knowledgeable and personable. Well done Mark!!! 5 Stars
Very polite, professional, and organized. Clean units. I don't agree with their corporate billing policy, because as currently applied, I may be charged two full months rent for only a 1-week occupancy. However they have close to a monopoly in my town, so there isn't much choice.
Horrible experience! I will never do business with GoStoreIt EVER! Went to the location on 15th st and the CS Rep was so unpleasant. He could not accommodate me and instead of him just issuing a refund and me going to the location on 17th st he wanted to go back and forth about admin fees. Why would I pay admin fees and insurance at a location that could not accommodate me and then turn around and pay the same fees at another location to get a storage. Oh My did Josh go out of his way to help us with everything. I've had Go Store it at two other locations Never did I receive service like I did today. The unit was super clean and looked almost like he mopped it clean. I will always use the S 15th St location from now on. Go Ahead Josh...... Thank You So Much. The photo is Josh working hard.
