I recently had an exceptional experience with Betty Karpinski, the manager at Go Store It storage. I had driven from the other side of town with a car full of boxes, only to find that the elevator was broken and my unit was on the second floor. Understandably frustrated, I was unsure of what to do next. Betty quickly stepped in and saved the day. I’ve been renting at this location for a couple of months and haven’t once encountered a problem. The facility is kept clean, the manager there is super sweet, and the prices are extremely reasonable. This is hands down the best storage facility in Charlotte!
Betty was awesome! She went above and beyond to make my experience great and was an expert in helping me find the right storage space for me.
