From the moment Eric Rios and his helper arrived, they were punctual, courteous, and genuinely invested in helping me solve my issue. Great experience with Eric and Go Time Plumbing! I needed to turn my water on for the pool company and my faucet outside was not working. Called Eric and he came out same day. He was very experienced and professional. He did everything he could to save me money and talked me through the whole process. He also noticed a couple items that were not up to code and offered me additional services (sub pump and venting pipe for water heater, capped off two pipes in the basement) that I really appreciated. Eric and his worker (sorry, I'm forgetting his name) did a great job replacing my outdoor water spigots with Aquor ones. Just an all-around good guy that's friendly and easy to work with, and he does a great job
The best of the best! Eric and his crew are fantastic! I do hair and have been trying to get a shampoo bowl in for months and it’s been so hard to find a decent plumber. They went above and beyond my expectations! Very pleased! Would highly recommend!
For the 2 hours I've known Eric, he is the kind of business man we need more of in this world. He learned I have an emergency situation, and not only reached out to a third party to try and help me out, but when that fell through he found a FOURTH party who could.
