I recently arranged to book a pitch for my nephew his friends and it was fantastic. The general manager, Jodie, was outstanding from start to finish. She handled everything with care, made the whole process stress-free, and ensured the day went perfectly. My nephew had an amazing time, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, Jodie.

Very disappointing experience at Goals Bexleyheath. I paid £153 for a football pitch booking and still ended up receiving a £100 parking charge late at night because the car park was full. Instead of helping genuine paying customers, the staff simply said there was “nothing they can do”. Several people attending the booking received the same issue. Held a Family Party on Saturday 29th November at this great Venue and can highly recommend it. Thank you to Nicole, Sam, Lewis and Security. Great Buffet too x

I attended my friend's 90th birthday at Goals last night 14th march. I was disgusted with the price of drinks (2.70) for a bottle of tonic water, the service was terrible, the staff's dress code consisted of a BASEBALL CAP apparently worn by "the manager" and both staff (when there was two of them behind the bar) wearing sweatshirts looking more like they were at a football match!!
