I can’t fault it. My Son had his 10th Birthday here today, Ibby was our coach for the session and it was so fun! Even the adults got involved at the end. The food was great, kids loved it! And so much left over! The cake was great, and presented so well. The kids loved Ibby and the parents didn’t have to do anything. Staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a pitch for my son and his friends for his birthday and the member of staff on the desk ensured they got on at their booked time. I was ordering food and drinks for 9 people after their match and they ensured it was ready for them once they had finished.
Amazing visit to Goals Bradford just recently and had a fabulous experience. Rach the Manager is a breath of fresh air, friendly and helpful. The staff seem to follow suit and I would definitely recommend a visit! I’ll be back!
I have been playing at goals for over 10 years but last 6-12 months the service has dropped massively. They are locking gates and asking for payments up front. Yesterday we paid the amount on the APP £4.50 per person for 5 aside and was told an £18 balance was outstanding. The app was wrong yet the lady at the desk said thats never happened and was trying to say tough luck and not give us our game time.
