we have block booking with goals and play at goals, Chester, 3 times a week. The pitches are great and the organisation is superb. The staff are always ready to help and go to great lengths to make sure we have a good time. I can't thank the staff enough for their care, attention and kindness to us old guys, who still love playing, despite advancing years!
App needs a revamp to make payment easier. Google pay also needs adding. Facilities are good, though the pitch has needed repairing for some time now.
Well it's great for football and for the lads training. But I have asked about oat milk or an alternative milk constantly for over a year and nothing has been done about it. Which does let the place down and if charging £2.50 for a tea bag and some hot water I'd quite like milk that won't make me feel rubbish. Dropped to a two on 12 November 25 as still no oat or alternative milks. Edited 14 of January 26 second time I've been recently and there is now an offer of alternate milks. How you can try and flog kids parties when the pitches stink from on site smokers of tobacco and weed. I’d suggest with the price rises you employ people with enough resilience to address the anti social behaviour on site, not have them all sat on desks at reception hiding.
Clean, tidy, staff are brilliant and friendly. Pitches themselves are good but a bit run down at the moment only reason for the 4 star
