A great place for a children's party. Girls and boys alike. Two coaches for the group and a party area afterwards. All very civilised, clean and tidy. Ample, free car parking

I received excellent customer service today from Cairo (I'm not sure of the spelling). He was very welcoming of our group and offered lots of assistance. He is a great addition to the team and should be recognised for going above and beyond.

Going to this place for years and had no problems, was getting along with Joe the previous manger fine. However, the new manger there has a massive ego and does not know how to treat paying customers. She said to not allowed to stay in the front of the building after the game or bring you own drink with you . the reason why we bring the own drink is because every time we ask for cold drinks not available in the fridge And also it’s not enough for all of us. Booked the party at Hayes after several issues with the Ruislip branch. I spoke to Joseph who was an absolute superstar and quickly moved our booking over to Hayes branch. I cannot rave about his customer service enough. Joseph was so flexible, accommodating and empathetic. He listened to all are needs and concerns and dealt with them professionally. On the day of the event the team including Kairo and Preet were amazing!!! It was so well organised and boys made it so fun for the children. Amazing service!! 5********
