Going to this place for years and had no problems, was getting along with Joe the previous manger fine. However, the new manger there has a massive ego and does not know how to treat paying customers. A great place for a children's party. Girls and boys alike. Two coaches for the group and a party area afterwards. All very civilised, clean and tidy. Ample, free car parking
I received excellent customer service today from Cairo (I'm not sure of the spelling). He was very welcoming of our group and offered lots of assistance. He is a great addition to the team and should be recognised for going above and beyond.
Booked the party at Hayes after several issues with the Ruislip branch. I spoke to Joseph who was an absolute superstar and quickly moved our booking over to Hayes branch. I cannot rave about his customer service enough. Joseph was so flexible, accommodating and empathetic. He listened to all are needs and concerns and dealt with them professionally. On the day of the event the team including Kairo and Preet were amazing!!! It was so well organised and boys made it so fun for the children. Amazing service!! 5********
I recently had a function at Goals Hayes, and I have to say, the service was amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The venue itself was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was perfect for our event. Everything was well-organized, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
