From visiting the venue, to the actual party, the staff at Goals Southampton went above and beyond with the whole process, and made it an absolute fantastic birthday. We just had my sons 9th birthday party at goals in southampton. It was in his words “the best party ever!!”. As parents we are so pleased how smoothly the whole party went from start to finish. Our party host Jack was amazing and kept the children entertained throughout. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I have been playing at Goals for 8 years now and the price keeps slowly climbing up, with no real benefit to see from it. The nets on the side of the pitches have many holes in them which allow the ball to fall through. The flood lights have failed during matches a number of times and it's nearly impossible to find a parking space on Monday evenings when I play, resulting in having to park on verges. We had our wedding reception in the newly refurbed function room which now has an area for a fooze ball table, snooker table and darts. The team was outstanding from booking until the clean up. So helpful and went above and beyond to make our day special. Kevin and the team bravo 👏.
