Really good service from a lad last week. I think he’s a Manager (unfortunately did not get his name but I would say about 20ish was wearing shorts) he went above and beyond helping my kids out when at the centre. I could not find him when my kids told me about it but just want to pass on thanks. Wish all staff in the centre were the same as him. Well done!!
Really shocking in there. Rude and unprofessional female member of staff called Chloe (A customer called her by her name) who was shouting and flirting with a fellow customer across the entrance. She was openly swearing in front of us and talking inappropriately and didn’t seem to care that we were there. Great facility. Reasonable prices, safe and enjoyable
Had my Kids Birthday Party here recently and it was great. The Host was amazing with the kids, doing football trials and also getting the parents involved at the end of the party. The staff were also incredible as we were able to attend the party and not worry about anything as they had everything covered. Lovely cafe area to stay in whilst the kids played football.
