Really good service from a lad last week. I think he’s a Manager (unfortunately did not get his name but I would say about 20ish was wearing shorts) he went above and beyond helping my kids out when at the centre. I could not find him when my kids told me about it but just want to pass on thanks. Wish all staff in the centre were the same as him. Well done!!

Really shocking in there. Rude and unprofessional female member of staff called Chloe (A customer called her by her name) who was shouting and flirting with a fellow customer across the entrance. She was openly swearing in front of us and talking inappropriately and didn’t seem to care that we were there. It was really disappointing because we don’t expect to hear what we did in a supposed professional environment, especially when kids could be around. Fantastic kids party at goals - the best I’ve ever been to. Coach and other staff were great and made sure everyone had a good time! Thank you.

Had an amazing time taking my nephew for his birthday party. Host went above and beyond and staff in general were always happy to help. Cannot recommend enough.
