My son had his birthday party at Goals Sunderland and it was amazing from start to finish. We didn't have to worry about a thing as everything was organised and ready for us when we arrived. The team were lovely, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole party. They made sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day. My son and his friends had a fantastic time. Highly recommended for an stress-free and fun children's party!

We had our team presentation night at goals last night The whole thing start to finish was top class ! There was a young lady who couldn't do more to help She was always on hand for any query or to offer help like grabbing extra tables for trophies etc .. there was also a young gentleman on the bar who was a class act !! He dealt with people sneaking in really well and got them out calmly and without hassle , can't recommend the venue any higher Well done goals and well done to your staff

Really good service from a lad last week. I think he’s a Manager (unfortunately did not get his name but I would say about 20ish was wearing shorts) he went above and beyond helping my kids out when at the centre. I could not find him when my kids told me about it but just want to pass on thanks. Wish all staff in the centre were the same as him. Well done!!

Had my Kids Birthday Party here recently and it was great. The Host was amazing with the kids, doing football trials and also getting the parents involved at the end of the party. The staff were also incredible as we were able to attend the party and not worry about anything as they had everything covered. Lovely cafe area to stay in whilst the kids played football.
