We were having work done at our house and needed a place to stay. This offered such wonderful, easy accommodations. The cabin was so cute and extremely clean. It offered everything we needed with full kitchen, great fireplace, and the bed was very comfortable! The campground is beautiful with so many options for entertainment. It’s great for a vacation or even a “stay-cation” if you live in the Shreveport Bossier area.
The resort staff was more than accommodating in assisting us with reservations and directions. We made last minute reservations and our GPS mis-routed us through downtown Shreveport. The resort staff was very responsive and patient while assisting us. THANK YOU so much! Our only regret was that we were not staying longer.
Resort has incredible views. management was very accommodating, and in fact went out of there way to locate a very expensive piece of jewelry we had lost but not noticed until we had left the resort. Very friendly staff. bathrooms and showers are clean and spacious.
We traveled to God’s Country Resort over Thanksgiving weekend so my husband could hunt, and what we expected to be a simple getaway turned into something far more memorable thanks to the staff here. We arrived on Thanksgiving Day, after the office had already closed early, and immediately ran into unexpected RV issues. Gloria, the manager, was an absolute lifesaver. My sister and I traveled from Tomball to God’s Country Resort for a family wedding that was 5-10 mins away at The Barn at Coyote Creek. We spent 2 nights. Check in was easy and Trish was super nice and explained how to find our cabin perfectly. When we pulled up it was a very pleasant surprise to find we had a hot tub on the front porch.
