Im a current client and Ai will never use them again I feel like they are lying to me about the money they are asking for I asked them to provide me a receipt of them settlement amount that will be sent so I could see exactly how much money is being received and I was told not I couldn't see that the only check I could is the one there are s3nding me I have health insurance and was told since the hospital didn't put in a claim that I would have to pay for all of my treatment out of my settlement money I was told that it was... read more
This place caters to minorities and treats them like hood rats. They will send you to the most low budget places. i literally was stepping over needles and condoms in the parking lots. Stay away. My 5th accident caused by others and I was paid $2k less than the previous 4. If you call I just got hit, be ready to get hit again from behind!
I wish i could leave 0 stars. This had been the worse experience ever. It had been over a year. These poodle don't respond unless you get frustrated. I left several messages for Elizabeth and her manager Josie two weeks ago and still no response. I also sent a tx with no response of course. I will be so glad when this is over and i will NOT recommend them to anyone.
Anytime i have any problems i can always count on Dj Garza to come through and solve them in a timely manner. I am currently 5 months pregnant so i know i might be a lot to deal with during this time, but I appreciate him and my team for never taking anything personal and for still remaining professional at all times no matter how many times i might disagree with them . I will change my review from 1-5 if I get a call or respond to my email. The communication from the staff to client is not the best unless they need me to sign the paperwork at the beginning.
Like so many others...If could leave zero stars i would. This place is horrible, lack of information coming from this office is my 1st complaint. 2nd is the lack of caring from the Atty and the many settlement people we had to work with on this SIMPLE accident. 3rd they work with a BS medical service who sole purpose I feel is to just run up medical costs for billings services.
