We had a furnace equipment emergency and contacted Goff Heating & Cooling. We have had Goff as our go to company for twenty years. They responded and found the problem and fixed it for us. However the technician found we had a serious issue and needed to look into a new furnace. On Monday at the scheduled time a sales representative Joe followed up on the request. Woke to no heat. Called Goff, spoke to Claire who was so very nice. She had a service tech out within an hour. Charles came to the rescue and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and professional, and determined. Will be purchasing a new system from them soon. Highly recommend.
They were prompt in scheduling maintenance and worked with my schedule. Communication prior to service was excellent and the technician was fantastic at explaining everything, being thorough, and helping me explore cost-effective solutions. He listened and tailored his recommendations based on our family’s needs and priorities. He was respectful and kind. I will definitely be taking them moving forward.
Wow, this is an amazing company. Nick really knows his craft. He fixed my boiler system and got my system working very quickly. I have used other HVAC companies before and this is the best HVAC company in the Midwest. Honestly.... I'm sure they do good work but charge EASILY twice what smaller local places will. I was charged $175 for a diag that I had already diagnosed. Then quoted over $1500 today replace the blower motor on my furnace. I did the job myself for $150and at MAX a hour of my time. I understand needing to pay for overhead and such but that's BANANAS.
