Fast, knowledgeable, and quality work. My central AC went out and a Paul was dispatched to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. Turns out my old unit was not repairable. The next day Joe came out and gave me a reasonable estimate which I accepted. The following morning, Owen, Ruben and Jason came out , put in a new unit. I have used Goff in the past, and was very satisfied, so when my daughter’s air con went out, I called them. I was so impressed, and cannot say enough good about them! They came immediately, and installed a new system for her within 2days. They were polite, explained everything, left her house cleaner than they found it, and did several extra things that I hadn’t even asked for at no extra charge. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
Same day service when my A/C wasn’t working!! Paul, the technician that came out, was great! He explained everything to me and asked if I wanted to follow him along. Showed me what my problem was, and even sprayed a wasp nest for me! Highly recommend, the service was great. Thank you very much Paul!

Technician was on time and very polite. I was encouraged to look over his shoulder and ask any questions I might have. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly and charged a reasonable rate. The only way it could have been better is if he paid me to work on my A/C unit. I will use Goff Heating & A/C again in future repairs.
