Goff installed our new furnace a year ago. We just had Shawn (Sean?) out to provide a maintenance service. He was one of the best techs I've had at my house in a while: professional, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer my questions. I know our new furnace will perform well and give us many years of service with this kind of support from Goff. Highly recommended.
Was able to get same or next day service. Was able to fix my furnace problem quickly. Kind and offered furnace care education for optimal efficiency. Very appreciative of timeliness and great customer service from initial phone call through completion.
The salesman knew everything and answered all my questions. He didn’t try to sell me high end products that I will not need or every break even on. And they were thousands cheaper and a better warranty if you ask me
Great company! My heater stopped working and they ended up doing repairs. Sean L was knowledgeable and professional, answered all of my questions. Definitely will call them if any issues arise
