Fast, knowledgeable, and quality work. My central AC went out and a Paul was dispatched to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. Turns out my old unit was not repairable. The next day Joe came out and gave me a reasonable estimate which I accepted. The following morning, Owen, Ruben and Jason came out , put in a new unit. I have used Goff in the past, and was very satisfied, so when my daughter’s air con went out, I called them. I was so impressed, and cannot say enough good about them! They came immediately, and installed a new system for her within 2days. They were polite, explained everything, left her house cleaner than they found it, and did several extra things that I hadn’t even asked for at no extra charge. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
Technician was on time and very polite. I was encouraged to look over his shoulder and ask any questions I might have. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly and charged a reasonable rate. The only way it could have been better is if he paid me to work on my A/C unit. I will use Goff Heating & A/C again in future repairs.
The staff at Goff are the best. Our service tech did his best to repair our 20+ year old hvac but after a good effort, there was just too much. So they gave us a good solution on a new system and our home is comfortable again during this hot streak.
Would give Goff 10 stars if I could. I cannot express how knowledgeable and considerate these guys are. After feeling disheartened and somewhat taken advantage of by another company, Charles was able to quickly assess and problem solve 2 major issues that others were not. The day he and Paul came to do the work, including the very overdue task of cleaning my vents, the communication was clear, they were timely, respectful, and we even had some laughs!
