Storage facility well maintained. Victoria in admin very nice and competent. Rich and the RV repair folks are knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. Excellent location and staff.
This place is amazing! Such great service, Rich helped me so much! The tech Scott was also great and was fast. It's by gar the lowest rates I've found and I even got a discount! 10 out of 10 100% recommend!
Overall the experience was only alright. As a Canadian the charges add up since they charge multiple times and each time they charge a credit card fee. Not only does every little thing coat extra ( linens etc) but they charge a propane refill fee while advertising free generator hours ( generators use propane) so it is not actually free at all. This has never happened in all my time renting RVs and there are absolutely better places to rent from .. only fine if you are in a pinch.
So far, so good! Victoria was very helpful! I haven't even pulled trailer in yet but am optimistic all will go well.
Clean and respectful understanding staff. Richard in particular was a godsend to our issue and handled it promptly and understandingly in a way that made the process painless. Thanks again!
