Would not recommend. My trailer was stolen right out of their parking lot. The lock on the trailer was broken and the trailer (with my ATV on it) was stolen. I suspect in may have even been hot-wired in the parking lot but I can't prove it. When I called them to tell them about it and ask for the security footage the site manager told me it would it take him forever to do that. Hopefully the police got it eventually. OUTRIG management overall is the worst, most customer UNFRIENDLY group I have ever encountered in over 45 years in business. They gave less than a week notice to vacate our Erie site before they would move our RV to one of their other sites - the closest one 11 miles farther away. At the Mead location, there was never anyone in the office. I had to contact the Erie customer service reps to get anything done. I have had experience with this business more than once in the past few years. Very professional, courteous, and well maintained facility. The monthly rents are reasonable. If you're thinking of getting an RV or have an RV but no place to park and live somewhere around Thornton area, this is the place.
Been storing here for a few years now and have had no issues. Nice to have on-site dump station and have never had to wait in line for it. Spots have just enough room and is easy to get in and out of.
If I could zero stars I absolutely would. My father passed away unexpectedly and a trailer he stored at the lot was recently sold. I called the business to cancel my father's storage expense, explained he had died and they charged me a "Late notice of move out" fee. Are you kidding me?!
