My first time storing my boat at Outrig and so far I am very pleased with the facility and the people that work at Outrig. All my phone calls and interactions with the Outrig staff have been super helpful and friendly. Their communication is great and they are very responsive. I can usually speak with a person whenever I call them and they are always available to help. Thank you Outrig RV and Boat Storage! I have been at this location for two decades and have always had great service. Everyone I have ever spoken with has been personable (a very human quality that Ai will never be...), completely helpful and willing to work out any issues with reasonable solutions. Clean grounds and the staff on the phone are very professional. They are quick to resolve questions and concerns.
Terrible. Came on a Sunday to bring trailer down and someone was on our spot. We traveled quite a bit to get here. No one was available to take our calls. Not leaving my trailer here and hoping for a refund and better/any service elsewhere. Nice location though. Unfortunate situation they created for me and my family.
