This was the first time I needed repair work. The team was responsive and communicated regularly, and were able to complete the work under the anticipated quote. They were honest in their assessment in telling me what to expect, what repairs would be temporary fixes (dues to my choices) and what my options were.
Had my 2020 Imagine 2250RK in to goHP for annual axle service. Unlike the dealers, these guys actually seemed interested in providing service to an out-of-warranty RV. I had multiple schedule options, service was timely (no waiting for weeks/months), and they even helped me hitch my trailer to truck! Highly recommended.
Another very pleasant experience using goHomePort for my TV repair. Broken toilet valve needed replacement in time for an upcoming big RV trip. They handled it quickly & beautifully with really great communication. Thanks again!
