The woman at the front desk with the arm tattoos was extremely rude and clearly in need of better training. After calling multiple times, leaving voicemails days in advance requesting a callback from both locations, which I never received, being transferred between two locations, she finally answered and assured that my child’s eyeglasses were there in Palestine. Very grateful for how quickly they were able to get my 18-month-old in when she had an eye infection. Anytime my family has needed to be seen for eye emergencies, they’ve been so helpful about getting us in quickly. Everyone is always so friendly — from the front desk to Dr. Su. We’re so thankful to have such a great provider in our little community!
Mark was so professional and very informative to us about what he could do about the procedure that he did this morning on my granddaughter. And oh let me not forget he asked if he could say a prayer before he started? And the answer was yes. If I could give more than 5 🌟 I would. If I ever need anything I will definitely be going here. Mark & your crew thank you so much.
Worst customer service ever. I’ve called to seal to someone in the optical department numerous times during the week . The front desk transfers me to optical, and it goes to a voicemail that says “you’ve got Molina” and then goes on to give me instructions for leaving a voicemail. I leave the message, include my phone number….then nothing. No return call. Apparently, Molina needs a lesson in returning calls, or she is so buried in work that she needs a secretary. Pretty sure I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I was a little apprehensive, especially since I still work and deal with numbers all day, but wearing contacts AND readers were getting old. My experience was awesome. The team was very thorough in telling me what to expect, going through my options and even praying for me when I had an issue. The nurses and doctors were like a fine machine, work... read more
