My appointment was for a new prescription for my glasses and IOP check. I left with a new prescription, but once I got home I realized there might have been an error, so I called the office the next day, and then three more calls within three days (4 in total), two of which were sent to a supervisor, yet as of this morning (6 work days later), I haven't received a call back from anyone who could answer my question.
