Mark Gold has done a terrific job with my cateracs surgery and after care. He is very compassionate and a man of God. His staff are top shelf people. Everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable at each individual job they do. They listen to you and address any questions you may have. During surgery they make sure you are very comfortable which was very important to me. So if you are needing any kind of eye surgery or just a new eye exam I would recommend Gold Eye Clinic.
I felt at ease and calm for my cataract surgery. I was nervous when I went it but even the receptionist helped calm me. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I can't express how much it meant to me that Dr.Su prayed with me before my surgery. I was so impressed with the whole experience.
The woman at the front desk with the arm tattoos was extremely rude and clearly in need of better training. After calling multiple times, leaving voicemails days in advance requesting a callback from both locations, which I never received, being transferred between two locations, she finally answered and assured that my child’s eyeglasses were there in Palestine. Dr. Mark Gold and his excellent staff took great care of me when I had an eye infection recently. Dr Byrd ,in Jacksonville is my regular doctor who keeps my multi focal contacts fitted perfectly each year.
Very grateful for how quickly they were able to get my 18-month-old in when she had an eye infection. Anytime my family has needed to be seen for eye emergencies, they’ve been so helpful about getting us in quickly. Everyone is always so friendly — from the front desk to Dr. Su. We’re so thankful to have such a great provider in our little community!
