Eddie came to do the inspection and promptly gave us a clear and accurate estimate, also providing us with pictures showing us the areas that needed repair. I hired this roofing contractor expecting professional service, but the experience was a nightmare. The crew left nails and debris all over my yard, and several shingles started coming off just a few weeks after installation. I tried contacting them for a fix, but no one returned my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

I hired this company to repair a roof leak, and it turned into a nightmare. They showed up late, did a rushed job, and within two weeks the leak was back—worse than before. I tried calling them for a follow-up, but they completely ignored me. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Definitely would not recommend!

I was quoted one price and timeline, but halfway through the job, the contractor said it would cost more due to "unforeseen issues." No transparency and no written change order. What was supposed to be a 3-day job dragged out to nearly two weeks, with workers barely showing up. Avoid at all costs.
