Wow! Awesome experience with Gold Standard Warranty. I was apprehensive about paying extra for this warranty. But after just this 1st experience I am glad I did. They covered everything they said they would without any issues, over 90% of the total bill. But more impressive was their customer service team. Taylor was super friendly, very helpful. Called me to let me know what the repair shop had sent in the claim. Even went back after talking to me to fix an error the shop had made. Well done. Happy customer.

So far, so good. I was a bit skeptical, but so far this warranty really has been great. I bought a used 2015 BMW 435i a couple of months ago; one of the really appealing things is they will kick in for certain maintenance items. So far, they kicked in $80 for an oil service (out of $120) and $200 towards new rear brake pads (out of $315). It's slightly kludgy as they ask to talk to the mechanic, who they ask a lot of questions -- it takes a good 10 minutes on the phone, and these guys are busy and impatient.
