Called on a Saturday and got amazing service. Taylor explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions.

Great customer service
Gold Standard is just that! It is a company that truly supports its customers. From clarification to explanation and more, this company really shines. I cannot tell you how relieved I was when I spoke with the representatives and how much I learned, how much more aware I was of what I had purchased, and how well versed they were to help me. If it had not been for Taylor I would not have had a clue as to what to do to initiate my warranty and all of its benefits! Thank you Gold Standard.
Claims staff was exceptional. I had to email several times due to add on's and they quickly responded.
