So far, so good. I was a bit skeptical, but so far this warranty really has been great. I bought a used 2015 BMW 435i a couple of months ago; one of the really appealing things is they will kick in for certain maintenance items. So far, they kicked in $80 for an oil service (out of $120) and $200 towards new rear brake pads (out of $315). It's slightly kludgy as they ask to talk to the mechanic, who they ask a lot of questions -- it takes a good 10 minutes on the phone, and these guys are busy and impatient. Did a very good and fast job to replace a problem I had with my vehicle.
Called on a Saturday and got amazing service. Taylor explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions.
Had a great customer service experience with the Claims Dept. Marshall responded to my inquiries quickly and effectively.
They were really great to work with. Got everything all worked out as fast as possible. Marshall was great to work with as well.
I rarely leave reviews, but I am very grateful for the customer service rep that went above and beyond in assisting us today. Very patient and very friendly along with working and trying to get us the best price available!

Taylor was very helpful answered every question and was very kind! I have only had one hiccup working with gold standard and was resolved very quickly . I definitely recommend them!
