In the beginning I hesitated to purchase this package. But then I was happy I did this. I had 3 oil changes this year almost for free (I have to pay taxes). I had cooling system fan replacement and I had wheel bearing replacement covered by this package. It saved a lot of money for me. Auto-shop staff was kind enough to call these guys and they approved these claims easily. Very good experience.
the staffs on the phone were very helpful. They explained everything in the claim warranty better than the dealership. They made it very simple and they had my car in the shop very fast. i would recommend them to people.

Amazing experience! The shop I had been referred to for replacing my suspension was reluctant to work with a warranty company and stated that they didn’t have the time to deal with that kind of hassle. This company is amazing to work with. I have only had the warranty package for 3 months and have already used it 3 times. Each time the customer service rep is eager to work with the dealer to get them paid and get the best possible deal for the services you need. They answer the phone quickly and are knowledgeable on the procedures for paying your claim.
