This is a great warranty company. I was worried whether or not they were going to cover the repairs on my vehicle, but they covered everything just like they said they would. The customer service is awesome as well.

Gold standard up to this point has been completely helpful and totally personal in their interactions with me. Thy make you feel like you have a personal assistant, but just a customer service line. And the coverage is exceptional. Once you need to access your extended warranty the process is so simple and effective. I absolutely recommend this company for an extended warranty.

We recently had our alternator go out in our Mini Van. We were able to take our van into Big O Tires to have it fixed and Gold Standard Automotive Network was very prompt in paying the fees (up to the allotted amount) and they were great to work with! I was very happy we purchased the 5 year plan with Gold Standard! They definitely take care of you!
My experience using Gold Standard was great! They were very friendly and helpful. They followed through and when I was told taking my oil change from $105 to $49.99 was impossible, they made it happen and then I only had to pay $9.99 on top of that! I am excited that I bought this extended Warrenty!!
