I recently purchased a used Ford Expedition with a warranty from Gold Standard. The suspension felt like it needed repair, I took it to a local repair facility to have them check it out. I did give them my Gold Standard paperwork and asked them to see if the repairs were covered under warranty. I received great news that all repairs were covered! I was very excited to hear this and thankful I purchased the Gold Standard warranty!

I would highly recommended Gold standard if you’re going to go with a warranty. Super friendly customer service that is helpful and personable. While figuring out where to take your car at first was a bit a hassle now that I’ve found a shop and now how to take of payment, the rest will be smooth sailing from here. Best customer service hands down! And being in customer service I am a pretty hard judge.
